The core business of Flow Engineering is represented by the Water Bath Heaters. Thanks to the two founding members’ professional paths, who, for many years, have worked in the field of engineering and production of plants in the sector of Oil & Gas, the company boasts of an experience more than twenty years old in the realization of Water Bath Heater (WBH). 
Flow Engineering deals with the production of complete Water Bath Heaters. Our projects consist of mechanical components (shell, stack, flame pipe, coil, expansion tanks and burner holder), complete Feeding Line of Burner (forced-draft or natural) and Control Panel (pneumatic or electric).
Inside the plant of Mazzo di Rho (MI), Flow Engineering has dedicated a whole area to the mechanical construction of skids, frames, piping, structures, equipments and supports made of carbon and stainless steel.
Thanks to the close cooperation during the years with major companies of the fire-safety field, Flow Engineering has specialized in fire protection systems and modules in containers and cabin cruisers.
The applications of the electric and instrumental plants are addressed also to the realization of “biogas upgrading” and nitrogen generation systems, that have seen our company engaged in several projects for Italy and foreign countries.

OUR ELECTRIC AND INSTRUMENTAL PLANTS

The electro and instrumental plants of Flow Engineering ensure the maximum precision, and they are realized by complying with all the national and international regulations.
Our company pays special attention to Quality and Safety of its electric and instrumental plants, providing specific solutions in order to guarantee optimal results in every context. As proof of its commitment towards this issue, over the years, the society has also developed partnerships with different Quality Control Inspection Bodies.
Besides engineers, technicians and workers, the Flow Engineering team also includes qualified personnel of Level II for the non-destructive testing under the rules EN and SNT-TC and also Welding Inspectors, in order to ensure the best construction practice.
The electrical installations of Flow Engineering also include electrical panels, essential for the power supply, and all the related electrical wirings.

In the realization of the pneumatic plans, the company handles also the tubing supply and the required double ferule compression fittings, as well as the manifolds.


In the last few years, our company has pledged to develop plants for the water treatment, for which it has developed partnership with companies specialized in automation and management software.
By exploiting the thorough knowledge of the materials and the equipments, Flow Engineering is able to support the customer with a “procurement” activity, by technologically analysing the projects and developing specified purchase lists, until the shipment of the material (by sea or by air), thanks to the relation started with leading companies in the transport sector in the North African area.
